Oil paintings

These paintings are for searchers including myself. They are desperate, unhinged, inconsistent, urgent and confused. They are poems. I start with color, a tone. Then gesture. Then I search for meaning in them- like you search for meaning in clouds or a coincidence. I'm not afraid when I'm painting.
